Please complete this form if you wish to return only applicable items, we do not accept returns on sale items (these are marked with SALE in the product name) including Tenner Tuesday items or lucky dips/bundle deals and or game night items:

Please make sure to include your name, order number and reason for return and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a returned email of the return's address if your order is applicable for return. You have 14 days to return from the order's delivery date, orders returned outside this window will be rejected and subject to return postage fees.

Please note: all orders are refunded with store credit ONLY, we currently do not issue refunds. By agreeing to place an order on the website you agreed to the following terms and conditions.

returns policy

All returns are fulfilled with store credit ONLY. Returns must be completed within 14 days of the original purchase. The buyer is responsible for all returns cost, we suggest using a tracked postage service, Elsabelle is not responsible for the loss of any returns parcel. We do not accept returns with items that have been worn, have stains, no tags or were sale items or in a mystery box. Please complete the returns form on the returns page to begin your return.

How do i return?

If you're not happy with your order you are more than welcome to return your item. We accept a return of full price, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged merchandise ONLY.​ Items that are excluded from returns are (eg: lucky dips, sale items and mystery boxes and game live items).

Elsabelle hold the rights to reject a return if your product does not meet our required conditions. Please note to return your items in a condition that you would want to receive them, please avoid returning items screwed up, inside out or in shopping bags.

Please make sure to include your name and order number within your returns parcel.

How should i send my return?

All return costs must be covered by the buyer. We accept returns sent by Royal Mail only, Elsabelle advise using a signed for service. Elsabelle are not responsible for any returns that are lost in transit to us.

do you do refunds?

All returns will be provided with store credit. This does not affect your statutory rights. ​

All returning items will be provided with a store credit only.
