Elsabelle uses Royal Mail Tracked Services: Tracked 48 is £4 and Tracked 24 is £5

Parcels are dispatched every Monday and Thursday (bank holiday excluding) then from dispatch if you selected: Tracked 48 (2-3 working days) and Tracked 24 (next working day). Please allow an extra day for busier periods.

Once you have received your dispatch email, your tracking number will be attatched; you can then enter this into the Royal Mail website. You will also receive an email from Royal Mail when your parcel will be delivered.

returns

All returns are fulfilled with store credit ONLY. Returns must be completed within 14 days of the original purchase. The buyer is responsible for all returns cost, we suggest using a tracked postage service, Elsabelle is not responsible for the loss of any returns parcel. We do not accept returns with items that have been worn, have stains, no tags or were sale items or in a mystery box. Please complete the returns form on the returns page to begin your return.

If you're not happy with your order you are more than welcome to return your item. We accept a return of full price, unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged merchandise ONLY.​ Items that are excluded from returns are (eg: lucky dips, sale items and mystery boxes).

Elsabelle hold the rights to reject a return if your product does not meet our required conditions. Please note to return your items in a condition that you would want to receive them, please avoid returning items screwed up, inside out or in shopping bags.

Please make sure to include your name and order number within your returns parcel.

All return costs must be covered by the buyer. We accept returns sent by Royal Mail only, Elsabelle advise using a signed for service. Elsabelle are not responsible for any returns that are lost in transit to us.

All returns will be provided with store credit. This does not affect your statutory rights. ​

All returning items will be provided with a store credit only.

​You may place an order for your desired item using the store credit code you will be provided.

Order Information

Once you place an order, your order number will be displayed on the thank you page, you can also locate your order number on your order confirmation emails.

Unfortunately all orders must be wrapped seperately and if a parcel was to go missing we cannot claim the full amount from Royal Mail.
